Our formal Clan dinner is a sharing roast dinner, served to the table, featuring local Scottish produce.

Wood roasted beef rump, roasting jus (GF/DF)

Charred baby gem, confit garlic aioli, sourdough crumb (V/DF)

Braised leeks, Isle of Mull, Riesling (V)

Slow roast Little Trochry tomatoes, butter beans, wild garlic (Vegan/DF/GF)
